HOW TO BREW IT

ESPRESSO

Here's what you need to know for extracting the perfect espresso shot at home. 

What you'll need

  • 17-20g of coffee
  • Very fine ground 
  • 36-40 ml of water at 92-94 ℃

There is no divine secret. You can brew your Brewzeus coffee using a traditional method like ibrik.

What you'll need

  • 7g / 2 teaspoons of coffee
  • Very fine ground 
  • 70 ml water 

Instructions

Warm the water over low heat. Add the ground coffee and stir gently. Remove from the heat when the foam begins to rise.

MOKA POT

Looking for a quick and relaxing brew method? Mmm… sounds like it's time for a Moka Coffee.

What you'll need

  • 14g / 3 spoons
  • Medium coarse ground coffee
  • 170 ml water

Instructions

Fill the lower chamber of your Moka Pot with water. Fill the filter basket with ground coffee and gently level the surface. Place the Moka Pot on the stove over medium heat with the lid open.

As the water heats up, coffee will begin flowing into the upper chamber. Remove from the heat when you hear a bubbling sound.

CAPPUCCINO MOKA

Yes, you can make your Moka Coffee even yummier by turning it into a creamy and comfortable treat!

What you'll need

  • Moka coffee
  • Milk
  • French Press

Instructions

Pour the milk into a French Press and froth it by moving the plunger up and down several times. Pour the Moka Coffee into a cup and top it with the frothed milk.

FRENCH PRESS

French Press is an easy and enjoyable way to brew your coffee. Shh... it also adds a lovely touch to your morning ritual. 

What you'll need

  • 12g / 2 spoons coffee
  • Coarse ground coffee
  • 200ml water at 92–94°C

Instructions

Add the ground coffee to the French Press. Pour the hot water over it and stir gently with a wooden spoon. Let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds. Place the lid on the French Press and wait 4 minutes. Slowly press the plunger down and pour into your favourite cup.

Cappuccino Freddo is a refreshing way to start practicing your barista skills at home. Shh... it's also surprisingly easy to make

What you'll need

  • 1 espresso
  • 150ml milk
  • Lots of ice

Instructions

Fill a glass with ice. Add the espresso and top with frothed milk. Enjoy your creamy Cappuccino Freddo.

Shakerato is a refreshing coffee treat with a smooth, creamy texture. Want one? 

What you'll need

  • 1 double espresso
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 10g sugar
  • Cocktail shaker

Instructions

Add the espresso, ice cubes and sugar to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until chilled and frothy. Pour and enjoy!

GRANITA

Freezing your coffee and turning it into a delicious Granita? Oh my, what a creative way to enjoy a yummy treat!

What you'll need

  • 1 cup of French Press coffee
  • 2 spoons of sugar 
  • 50g whipped cream

Instructions

Pour the French Press coffee into a bowl. Add the sugar and stir well. Refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until the mixture becomes slushy. Serve topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of syrup.

What you'll need

  • 1 espresso
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Pour a freshly brewed espresso over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy your perfectly prepared Affogato.

COLD BREW COFFEE

Nothing feels more refreshing than a cold brew coffee on a summer day. Shh... it's incredibly easy to make at home, using a French Press. 

What you'll need

  • 20g / 4 spoons coffee
  • Very coarse ground 
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Add the ground coffee and cold water to your French Press. Stir gently with a wooden spoon and refrigerate for 24 hours. Press the plunger down and strain. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Cold Brew Tonic

Add tonic water and ice cubes for a sparkling coffee twist. Have fun with different flavours of tonic water. 

Cold Brew Latte

Add milk for a delicious latte.

Mix your cold brew with forest fruit juice and sugar. Shake and pour over ice.

Cold Brew Lemonade

Mix your cold brew with lemon juice, ice and sugar for a refreshing summer drink. 

COLD BREW MIXES

MOCHACCINO

Santa’s little pleasure? It’s not the cookies.

What you'll need

  • One espresso
  • 2 cocoa spoons
  • 1 sugar spoon
  • 30ml hot water
  • 150ml milk
  • Ground cinnamon

Instruction

Add the cocoa and sugar to a cup. Pour over the hot water and stir until a smooth paste forms. Add the espresso and stir gently. Foam the milk and pour it over the mixture. Finish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or cocoa powder.

EGGNOG COFFEE

Cozy by the fireplace. Sipping an uncomplicated Eggnog. What a festive treat!

What you'll need

  • French press coffee
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 100g sugar
  • 480ml milk
  • 240ml whipped cream
  • A spoon with ground spices (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg)
  • 50ml cognac
  • Vanilla extract

Instruction

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until smooth. In a separate pot, gently heat the milk, cream and spices without bringing them to a boil. Slowly pour the warm mixture over the egg yolks while stirring continuously. Return to low heat and cook until slightly glossy. Remove from the heat, add the cognac and vanilla extract, then chill for at least 2 hours. To serve, combine one part coffee with one part eggnog and garnish with a pinch of nutmeg.

IRISH COFFEE

The Christmas table needed a classic. Oh. It found Irish Coffee.

What you'll need

  • 150g filter coffee
  • 25ml Irish whiskey 
  • 10g sugar
  • 50g whipped cream
  • Shaker or mixer

Instruction

Add the whiskey and sugar to a glass and stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour in the coffee. Using a shaker or mixer, whip the cream until slightly thickened. Gently pour it over the coffee and whiskey mixture.
