We wanted a decaf you'd choose for its flavour and not simply because it contains less caffeine. That's why Mihai Panfil curated this lot from Huila, one of Colombia's best-known coffee-growing regions.
The coffee is naturally decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane process, where an alcohol derived from fermented sugar cane gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's natural flavour profile.

Expect notes of chocolate, forest fruits and hazelnuts, supported by low acidity, a medium body and a smooth finish.
