It is. And it tastes exactly how we hoped it would. Sweet, clean and satisfying, with all the flavour you expect from a specialty coffee.
This lot comes from Colombia's renowned coffee-growing region of Huila and is decaffeinated using the natural Sugar Cane process. By using an alcohol derived from fermented sugar cane, caffeine is gently removed while preserving the coffee's native characteristics and flavour profile.
The result consists in a balanced cup with notes of chocolate, forest fruits and nuts, low acidity and a smooth medium body.
